Excerpt from the journal of Professor Nedwick Esteban Reginald Douglaston:

“Tomorrow is the big day. It’s when Albert Becker will meet me for the first time; though it’s not the first time I’ll meet him. Wow, time travel can be confusing with its non-sequitors. I’m not sure what to expect. Albert wont know me. He’s only a child. Though all his tests and files show has one of the highest IQs ever measured, he hasn’t invented time travel yet. As smart as I love to tell people I am, I have no idea how time travel is even possible. Hopefully I can help Albert along in his discovery.  I built the LaForge Center to bring the greatest minds in the world together and build the future. Not just the future, but a better future and try to prevent the ominous end of the would Albert told me about when I was young. I owe Albert everything I have. He was the one who goaded me out of my parents basement and into college. The LaForge Center is my gift to him. (Though Albert will probably roll his eyes when he figures out who I named it after.)  I want to make a good impression on the little kid. I want to really inspire him. I should make a big entrance, but how can I make it …epic?”
